Dr Stephen Brookes QPM is a leadership scholar-practitioner with over 30 years’ experience spanning policing, government, academia, and executive education. Founder of Compass Leadership, his work focuses on adaptive, selfless, and generative leadership, supporting leaders to integrate purpose, capability, and collaboration when leading through complexity, change, and uncertainty.

Stephen is an experienced Senior Practitioiner and internatially acclaimed Academic whose work focuses on leadership and negotiation supporting leaders and organisations to navigate complexity, build capability, and deliver sustainable, values-based change. ⸻
