Online Learning: This Total
Learning Platform is the key foundation of our online and blended
learning. It is not just a repository of valuable sources of
information and wisdom but also an interactive medium for your
skills and knowledge development. Learn at your own pace in your

Face-to-Face Learning: We
host face-to-face workshops on some of our programmes,
occasionally as a dedicated programme but, more often, as a
blended approach supported by Online Learning and Applied
Leadership Challenge Projects.
Applied Leadership Challenge
Projects: This is often viewed as the most exciting
part of leadership learning. Participants put into practice what
they have learned and gain the support of us, as your learning
hosts, facilitators, and colleagues undertaking similar
challenges.
