Nick Clifford specialises in organisational change and development using action research methodology to better understand barriers that impede change programmes being successful. His work has been published in professional and academic journals. As an Honorary member of staff, and former full-time programme director at AMBS from 2000 to 2018, Nick specialises in executive education and working with a broad range of clients from the UK and internationally.
