We are all associates of the Total Learning Academy, which is the learning and development arm of the Total Learning Consortium, which leads and governs the Academy.
Our Fellows are all experienced practitioners in organisational leadership and management, individual and collective leadership, and the systems and structures that support continuous improvement.
Dr Nick Clifford MCMI

Short Bio:
Nick Clifford specialises in organisational change and development using action research methodology to better understand barriers that impede change programmes from being successful. His work has been published in professional and academic journals. As an Honorary member of staff and former full-time programme director at AMBS from 2000 to 2018, Nick specialises in executive education and working with a broad range of clients from the UK and internationally.
